 
Mom Wilson's Country Sausage Mart, Inc. was established in
1959 by Horace and Fern "Mom" Wilson. Horace learned meat processing using
family recipes from his father, H.D. Wilson. When Horace was young his father raised and
processed beef and pork to feed his family and generate income during The Great
Depression.
The Wilson family farm has actually supported six generations. This farmland produced
corn, soy beans, wheat and hay. Cattle, hogs and sheep were raised and sold from the 300
acre farm in northern Delaware county. Farming still remains a way of life for the Wilson
family.
Mom Wilson's Country Sausage still honors Wilson family
tradition. Our mission is to produce and sell specialty meats and farm related products
with focus on quality and tradition.
Our sausage mart has been open during the
"non-farming" months (October to May) for 48 seasons. Why have our valued
customers chosen our products for all these years?...They just taste better!
